PoolStop

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using PoolStop ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PoolStop is a subscription-based quoting tool for pool service professionals. It allows you to generate, customize, and share service quotes with your customers.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all company information, pricing, and quote data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and used.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its underlying software.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of quotes generated or for any business decisions made based on the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
